Step 1. Download PC Health Check app from Microsoft Support Site.
Step 2. Install PC Health Check app on your system. Check the option to accept the terms in the license agreement and click on Install button.
Step 3. Open the app and click Check now button.

3. Using WhyNotWin11
WhyNotWin11 is an open-source program to check weather your Laptop or PC can run Windows 11.
Step 1. Download WhyNotWin11 for their official site or Github.
Step 2. Install the tool by double clicking on the downloaded file.
Step 3. Run the program by double clicking, “Run as Administrator” should be prompted, to run it successfully, click yes.
The program then starts to scan for hardware in you system, and show you the list of all the components. If any of the component is not compatible, it will be displayed with red cross.
